Our chef, Rick Gollinger, has weekly specials that start on Thursday nights and last the entire weekend. Also, there is a buffet on Sundays that you do not want to miss.

Rick Gollinger attended Washburn Trade School, where he graduated with a degree in the Culinary Arts Program. Gollinger became an executive chef at the age of 23. He continued to work for private clubs in Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, and eventually became the owner and chef of Miami Bar & Grill in downtown Chicago. Chef Rick’s notables include; founding member and former vice president of Wisconsin Club Chefs’ Association and silver medal winner at the Chicago Culinary Salon. He also produced and featured in an instructional DVD entitled “The Ultimate Deer Processing Video”. Rick is an avid outdoorsman and fly fisherman and is Gaston’s amazing executive chef.
At Gaston’s, we offer a Bermuda grass airstrip. It is open to everyone, not just our guests. Feel free to fly in for breakfast on Sunday for our famous Sunday brunch, lunch, or dinner any day of the week. We have guests fly in from all over the country to stay with us to experience trout fishing, or enjoy a meal in our first class restaurant.
