Prime center cut New York strip steak dredged with fresh garlic, shallots, and cracked pepper then presented on a wild mushroom brandy cream.

Cajun Char $35.95

Fresh Arctic char filet lightly dusted with Cajun spice then sautéed and presents with a caper beurre-blanc.

Saturday Only – Roasted Prime Rib

12 oz.-$44.95 or 16 oz.-$52.95 USDA certified Angus prime rib marinated with fresh herbs, garlic, and then slowly smoke roasted. “The flavors are all subtle.” Served with Au Jus.
