Boneless breast of chicken sautéed and topped with a tomato concasse sautéed with wild mushrooms and melted home smoked mozzarella cheese.

Fresh Golden Corvina sautéed with a caper beurre blanc.

Stuffed Pork Chop $28.95

A center cut triple thick stuffed chop with a cheesy brie filling, dusted with fresh bread crumbs, then fried golden and crisp. Then finished with a pork wine demi glaze.
