Polynesian Trout Filets

Serves:
8
Ingredients:

2 pounds trout filets
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup catsup
1 tablespoon melted fat or oil pepper
1 tablespoon finely chopped celery

Directions:

Sprinkle fillets with salt. Combine remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Skewer the filets and place on a rack over coals. Baste filets with sauce. Cover. Broil several inches from the coals.

Cook for 8-12 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
