4 boned trout
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 cup flour
Salt and pepper
1 lemon, quartered

Mix flour with paprika, salt and pepper.
Dip each fillet, lightly coating on both sides.

In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil on medium.

Add filets and cook 2 minutes on each side, or until just cooked throughout.

Serve with lemon wedges.
