Cut trout
into 2 cm cubes .
Separate leaves of brussel sprouts.
Heat butter
in saucepan add brussel leaves and stir for 3 minutes, salt &
pepper to taste .
Cook macaroni
.
Sauce :Heat
olive oil in saucepan, add fine chopped onion and stir until glazed.
Mix in flour
( make sure not to burn ), pour in cold milk and fish stock.
Bring to boil
then simmer for 10 minutes, salt & pepper to taste.
Add cream
to sauce, bring to boil.
Then add trout
cubes, take off stove and let it sit for 2 minutes .
Serve macaroni
on plates then pour on sauce, put brussel leaves on top then sprinkle
with parmesan cheese .
