Rub trout
with lemon juice and pepper. Warm serving platter for fish in
200 degree oven.
In very large frying pan, melt 2 tablespoons butter with oil over
medium-high heat.
Saute
trout on one side until lightly browned (3 to 5 minutes). Turn
fish.
Done when
it flakes at the touch of a fork. Remove fish to warm platter.
Wipe out pan.
Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in pan. Sautee almonds until
golden.
Add lemon
juice and parsley to almonds in pan.
Swirl and
pour over trout.
Garnish with
lemon slices.
