She was friendly, polite, and efficient, all qualities one expects in professional wait staff. But she went way above and beyond her call of duty as we were leaving: I'd paid our check with a $50 bill and forgetfully walked out without picking up my $25 change. A minute or two later, Kim came outside looking for us and graciously returned my money.
Sadly, such honesty and integrity seem to be all-too-lacking in our society today. I was very pleased to find those qualities in Ms. Tate, and told her so at the time. But I also wanted to tell you of her display of character as well. Although I'm sure you're well aware of Kim's value to Gaston's, I hope this will reinforce that awareness.

Ron was our guide, and he really showed us a great time! The water cooperated our first day out, and we caught (and released) more and larger fish than I could count. He cleaned some rainbow stockers for us in the afternoon, so the dinner experience was an added bonus. Ron was able to find fish for us on low water, on rising water, and on falling water!
